ARCH Service and Maintenance
At IOT, minimizing product downtime due to service issues is one of our top priorities. The ARCH is composed of modular components that can be replaced as needed. Each of our spare parts has a lead time of 2 weeks or less and can be easily replaced by your biomed department.
If you are having issues with a certain ARCH component, please see our spare parts page and contact us. IOT product experts can diagnose any possible issues via email, phone call, or through our IOT Studio Live service.
For example, if a carriage replacement is needed, you will receive the shipment below with your new carriage, instructions for replacement, and a return shipping label.
