IOT offers a certification program where participants engage in interactive training sessions with IOT product experts. ​

IOT users and trainers are divided into three tiers. All levels require in-person or IOT Studio Live training. Trainer levels (Levels 2 and 3) additionally require passing online tests and operating room experience with the devices.
